About the Role
As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and collaboration. At our goods reception, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring an efficient flow of goods from the goods reception until the product is available in the store. For this position, your main tasks will consist of handling complaints and returns.
Examples of Common Tasks
- Unloading and loading goods, handing out products in the store
- Conducting quantity/quality checks on product deliveries
- Managing internal supply and logistics
- Responsible for return handling and transportation back to suppliers
- Inputting delivery and return slips.
- Waste management
- Document management
Your Profile
- High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
- Previous experience in complaint handling is an advantage
- Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
- Through professional advice on our wide product range, realize the customer's projects
- Distinct sense of service and customer orientation as well as knowledge of logistics
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving at least a low-lift truck is a requirement
- Driver's license B is a requirement

Working hours/Duration: Temporary, seasonal. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours are weekdays and every other weekend.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement
